Utilizing the Patient Centered Medical Home concept as the foundation of our approach, our clinics strive for optimal outcomes that are driven by a compassionate partnership between our medical teams and the patient/family.
Our clinics are accountable for continuous performance improvement and keep the interest of our patients foremost in the delivery of care. IMWell Health is committed to the use of technology to improve communication, support patient education and provide optimal patient care. Founded in 2004 by Dr. Catherine Womack, IMWell Health LLC began with a focus on providing on-site services for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Two years later, these same clients desired more comprehensive primary care services to include wellness and prevention as well as acute care diagnosis and treatment. By improving access to high quality primary care and minimizing any financial barriers, IMWell Health has continued to implement customized healthcare solutions for large employers.
Employers want assurances that their employees will have access to quality primary care services. IMWell Health is well positioned to continue offering and expanding these services despite the ongoing shortage of primary care providers.

Chief Operations Officer
Eric Simpson joined IMWell Health in 2012. Eric has 15 years of managerial experience in the healthcare industry. He has been instrumental in implementing information systems, client and staff programs and maintaining accreditation standards for all company locations.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science of Nursing at Arkansas Tech University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Director of Business Development
Matthew joined IMWell Health in April of 2014; he is responsible for business development in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Matthew brings 8 years of experience in business development, vendor relations, and purchasing to the development team.
Matthew received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas.
Director of Business Development, Texas
John Zamaites joined IMWell Health in 2015. John brings 14 years of experience in the health care, vision care and the medical device industry to the development team. Prior to joining IMWell Health, he held a variety of roles including Executive Director, Regional Accounts, National Account Director and Senior Manager of US Commercial Operations. He is currently responsible for business development in Texas for IMWell Health.
John received his Executive MBA from the University of Texas. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and an Asian Business Studies certificate from Tongji University in Shanghai, China.
Director of Client Account Management
Ann Martin joined IMWell Health in 2007. She has 19 years of previous experience in the fields of medical insurance, finance and sales.
Ann graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Director of Client Account Management
Saylor McHam joined IMWell Health in 2015. She has ten years of experience in the medical and transportation industries. She was responsible for working with medical providers to improve health outcomes through communication campaigns based on evidence-based medicine. She is now responsible for managing relationships between IMWell Health and its clients.
Saylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Writing from the University of Central Arkansas and also received a grant to study at Oxford University.
