Dan Parker
Chief Executive Officer
Dan Parker, a 30-year veteran from the health and insurance benefits industry, joined Dr. Womack in 2006. Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer for IMWell Health, he was the CEO at HealthSCOPE Benefits in Little Rock. Mr. Parker also has nine years of clinical and executive management experience with Baptist Health Systems.
Mr. Parker received a Masters in Nursing Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas State University.
Catherine Womack, MD
President, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Womack founded IMWell Health in 2004 to assist large employers in managing their healthcare costs and now directs the deliver of medical care for the entire IMWell Health organization. She is a board certified, internal medicine physician from Fayetteville, Arkansas with 10 years of clinical experience in Fort Smith. She specializes in the treatment of complex medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.
Dr. Womack received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Prior to medical school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Eric Simpson
Vice President of Operations
Eric Simpson joined IMWell Health in 2012. Eric has 15 years of managerial experience in the healthcare industry. He has been instrumental in implementing information systems, client and staff programs and maintaining accreditation standards for all company locations.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science of Nursing at Arkansas Tech University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Ann Dornblaser
Director of Account Management
Ann Dornblaser joined the IMWell Health in 2007. She has 19 years of previous experience in the fields of medical insurance, finance and sales.
Mrs. Dornblaser graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Justin Tomberlin
Director of Business Development – OK / TX
Justin joined the IMWell Health team with 10 years of previous experience in sales and medical care. He has worked in the areas of urgent care and occupational medicine with business development experience across Oklahoma and Texas. Justin currently oversees our business development efforts in OK and TX and has played a key role in advancing our marketing plans.
Mr. Tomberlin graduated from the University of Oklahoma as a Regents Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
Chad Collins
Business Development – Central AR
Chad Collins joined the IMWell Health team in 2011 to help further expand the client base. He previously designed, built, and marketed kiosks to businesses in order to help management measure and track the company’s aggregate health & fitness. His health & wellness business also provided obesity counseling and exercise services to individuals looking to take control of their fitness health. His sales experience is varied, as he has helped numerous inventors and small businesses sell their unique products & services into all types of markets, including retail, manufacturing, distribution/resellers, and service providers.
Mr. Collins has earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.
