Each IMWell Health On-Site or Multi-Employer Clinic is developed to meet our client’s specific needs. It is for this reason that we have created an extensive variety of exceptional patient and employer healthcare services.
Primary patient care services include but are not limited to:
- Treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries
- Diagnosis and treatment of common diseases including chronic disease evaluation, monitoring, and care management
- Access to wellness programs, life style coaching and motivation (weight loss, smoking cessation, disease management, etc.)
- Preventative care and comprehensive physical exams (age appropriate physicals, routine gynecological exams, etc.)
- Diagnostic testing and screenings including on-site general lab work
- Minor procedures and wound care to include suturing, simple biopsies and EKGs
- Assistance with tailoring prescription medications to improve medical treatment and save money
- Administration of immunizations and vaccinations
- Utilization of Electronic Medical Records with a secure messaging portal, referral management ability and e-prescribing to the pharmacy of choice
- Automated appointment reminders
Employer services include but are not limited to:
- Health risk assessments or biometric screenings
- Immunizations and Vaccinations
- Coordination of health fairs or other wellness programs
- Data mining for the “At Risk” population
- Collaboration with your PPO, PBM and other medical management vendors
- Marketing and promotional materials used to promote the clinic including postcards, brochures, payroll stuffers, break room posters, employee meetings, etc.
- Quarterly reports showing clinic utilization data and any other metrics you would like to track through our Electronic Medical Records
