Catherine Womack, MD
President, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Womack founded IMWell Health in 2004 to assist large employers in managing their healthcare costs and now directs the delivery of medical care for the entire IMWell Health organization. She is a board certified, internal medicine physician from Fayetteville, Arkansas with 10 years of clinical experience in Fort Smith. She specializes in the treatment of complex medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.

Dr. Womack received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Prior to medical school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.


Autumn Ackerman, MS, PA-C

Autumn Ackerman is a physician assistant with 5+ years clinical experience in primary care and community health. She has a special interest in health maintenance and preventative medicine.

Autumn received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Missouri State University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. She is a member of the AAPA, OAPA and is NCCPA certified. She is married and has one son.


Denver Barger, MD

Dr. Barger, a board certified family practice physician, joined our team in 2012 in our Little Rock and Hot Springs Clinics.

Dr. Barger received his Bachelor of Science degree in respiratory therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and was a therapist for 3 years. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for his medical degree and residency. Dr. Barger has practiced medicine in Arkansas for 28 years.


Teresa Bartlett, APN

With 30 years of experience in primary care. Teresa attended the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences graduating with an RN, BSN, RNP, returning to the University of Central Arkansas for her MSN, APN in 2004.

Teresa is married with one daughter.


Brittany Bogan, PA-C

Brittany has worked in the health care profession as medical assistant and microbiologist prior to receiving her P.A. degree.

Brittany Bogan graduated from Harding University with an MS in Physician Assistant Studies and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arkansas Tech.


Dana Hale, APN, MSN

With 13 years of experience as an Advance Practice Nurse in primary care and women’s health.

She received her Masters degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and George Washington University and is board certified in Women’s Health and Family Practice. Dana is a membership in Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing.


Lature Hicks, APN

Lature has 13 years of medical experience in acute and wellness care. She graduated from Alcorn State University with her BSN, and received her MSN from Duke University.

Lature was a North Carolina Albert B. Schweitzer Fellow, received the 2005 Thelma Ingles Award, and was the Friendship Health and Wellness Chair 2002-2003. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Academy of Nurse Practioners.


Erin Holleman, APN

Erin graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her work experiences have given her a comprehensive background in urgent care and burn wound care.

Erin is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing and has volunteered at Camp Sunshine, a summer camp for children burn survivors, for the past 7 years.


Connie Lane, M.D.

Dr. Lane is a board certified internal medicine physician from Tulsa, OK, where she has practiced since 1987. She is interested in collaborating with people to provide primary medical care, with a special interest in patient education and safe navigation through our medical system.

Dr. Lane received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Tulsa and practiced as a nurse for 6 years. Her medical education was through the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated in 1983 with special distinction. Residency training was through the University of Oklahoma and the University of Southern California at LA County Hospital. She is a member of AOA, the honor medical society. She is married with 2 sons.


Terri Lewelling, M.D.

Dr. Lewelling is board certified in family practice with professional experience in inpatient and outpatient family practice with special interest in women’s health, pediatrics, dermatology, migraines and minor procedures.

She obtained a medical degree, with summa cum laude distinction, from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Lewelling received her postgraduate training at Great Plains Family Practice Residency at Baptist and Deaconess Hospitals in Oklahoma City. Prior to medical school, she received a Bachelors of Science degree from Oklahoma Christian University.


Rodney McDonald, M.D.

Dr. McDonald is the medical director for the Fort Smith Multi-Employer Clinic. He is board certified in family practice and has 10 years of practice experience.

He graduated from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Texas Christian University.


Jacqueline Phillips, APN, MNSc

Jacqueline has over 14 years of nursing experience in the areas of outpatient primary care, inpatient geriatric care and teaching.

She received her Masters in Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UAMS as well. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and received the Outstanding Future Leader Award in graduate school.


Stacy Tomberlin APRN, CNP, FNP-C

Stacy has over 10 years of clinical experience in the areas of critical care, neurology, and community health.

She received a Masters in Nursing Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners. She was selected by her peers at the University of Oklahoma as the 2009 Community Health Provider of the Year.
